Write about where you found information about building the robot.
We got some information from Dr Forwood and YouTube videos. Dr Forwood was provided with some information from Swinburne University of Technology, who suggested it was useful to make a box around the robot. We got some information from YouTube that told us about making longer and stronger arms on the robot.
Write about some of the useful tips you were given.
We were given a tip to create a box around the robot, to prevent the wires from getting messed up and so you could attach things to it. We were also told to try to create attachments that could slide on and off so they were easy to remove. We were also given a tip to try things even if they were a little wacky because whatever it is might actually work and it is worth a try.
Explain the different roles of the robot design team members and how you worked with the robot game programmers.
First we consulted with the programmers and asked what they need us to do. Then the robot design team members created an attachment or did whatever needed to be done. Then we added notes and photographs to our OneNote. If there was a problem with the robot then we all took a look at it to see if we could manage to solve it.
